As you all know that Rockstar games didn't did it for Android but some youtubers did it and so I also did It.

Note: Install the given apk to play  smoothly without lag and crash



Installation:

* After downloading both files, extract the apk file and install apk

* Extract the Data file and Leave it in Android>Data>(click on paste)

* Check phone GPU in CPU-Z app 
If adreno, then open the game and play

If Mali then go to Android>Data>com.rockstargames.gtasa>files>texdb>gta3,gta_int,TXD folders and rename the files which are having the .dxt. extension in between to etc (only remove the .dxt. and not the whole name)
* If the GPU is PowerVR, Do the above process but rename as .pvr and play
